  Walked in having never heard of this restaurant before to find that there was a 20 minute wait for a table at lunch. So I took a seat at the bar for immediate service and it filled up as well. The guys on each side of me were regulars, ordering without even looking at the menus.
  I had the cappellacci di zucca which was a Butternut squash pasta filled with butternut squash, Grana Padano parmesan, and chopped walnuts, topped with a pink tomato sauce mellowed with brown butter and accented with Grana Padano and sage.
  I finished with cannoli siciliani. These were little mini-cannoli, each filled with sheep’s milk ricotta blended with candied orange and pistachios and beautifully presented on a large plater drizzled with bittersweet chocolate sauce.
  I was delighted to find that the Corte Madera location had sister locations nearer to where I now live. I will be visiting their locations in Palo Alto, Burlingame, and San Francisco and other towns in the Bay Area as soon as I get a chance.
